For our Crop Protection division in Warsaw affiliate we are currently looking for a 

Customer Marketing Lead PL

Role purpose: 

Customer Marketing Lead is a role in our Customer Marketing Team for Central Europe within Syngenta Crop Protection.

The successfully hired person will be accountable for development, implementation and execution of integrated communication, including commercial offers, for the crop protection products in the assigned crops: corn, oil seed rape, sugar beet, fruits & vegetables.

Customer Marketing Lead will be responsible for campaign activities in Poland dedicated to retail channel and end customer (farmer). This includes: analysis, planning, preparation, monitoring and adjustment of the campaign activities to ensure marketing & sales goals are successfully achieved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead creation and execution of marketing activities addressing customer needs
  • Design and implement marketing communication plan in traditional & digital channel
  • Create and implement commercial offers aligned with customer needs and product strategy
  • Create unique, customer-oriented campaigns converting technical product information into attractive offers (compelling messages adapted to different customer segments)
  • Own & lead an annual E2E marketing activities cycle (responsible for campaign ROI, performance, monitoring & adjustment)
  • Cooperate closely with Product Marketing Manager and Crop Technical Expert to ensure right communication and delivery of the annual sales targets
  • Cooperate closely with CRM, market research and digital team to ensure insights to campaign/customer activations preparation, execution, monitoring and adjustment
  • Co-organize and participate in key promotional events such as field days or winter conferences
  • Plan, execute, monitor and optimize communication plan and advertising budget

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in coordinating marketing or sales activities
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Deep understanding of how to create and use 360 marketing tools
  • Understanding of Agribusiness environment and market complexity will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to organize and run significant projects in a multicultural environment
