Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Specialist ensures a positive and seamless journey for our farmer customers, understanding their product and service needs, providing support, and gathering feedback to continually enhance the overall customer experience.

Accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing farmer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Advocate for farmers and contribute to an improved customer experience by providing actionable feedback and solutions to internal partners. Act as a champion for customer service excellence and operational best practices by driving process improvements, standardization, and efficiency.
• Train and guide customers on digital tools utilization and services to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
• Address complex farmer issues in real time via phone/email, leveraging critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to ensure a seamless and satisfactory resolution.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of sales programs and policies to effectively respond to farmers' inquiries and provide pertinent information.
• Proactively anticipate and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted goals for key business initiatives, and develop reports to communicate progress across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field, OR 3+ years’ experience in a customer service, account management, or customer success role
• Demonstrable experience in customer-facing role
• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, SAP)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; calm under pressure
• Solution/results-oriented
• Adaptable to changing business priorities and customer demands
• Strong prioritization and time management capabilities
• Critical thinking/Analysis skills
• Domestic travel 5-10%
