About this Job:
● Strengthen the Pillar brand through innovative, effective, and excellence campaign programs.
● Lead and co-create with team to ensure excellence in campaign development and execution to ensure GTM implementation to support business ambition.
● Manage strategic positioning along with tactical responsibilities such as identifying campaign/program message, target market, campaign calendars, contest map, execution plans executing on creative briefs in partnership with others area.

Accountabilities:
• Work with Commercial Unit team to provide them with strategic sell in tools and content each season.
• Create effective copy for all websites and other interactive media within agreed-to schedules & create digital content creation and distribution plan. Supports and suggests improvement ad efficiencies to content management system where copy is published.
• Responsibilities including acting as a liaison with internal department (Market Insight, Digital Lead, Business Development) to ensure that all campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and product portfolios performance in timely manner. Allocate A&P by Region/Crop effectively & dynamically based on market & competitor situation.
• Responsible for end-to-end execution of lead generation, cross-selling, and retargeting campaign lead-nurturing program using our Syngenta marketing tools
• Supervise A&P spending so that they are aligned with business objectives & maximize returns on investment.
• Provide market insights and proactively provide inputs in the business forums (Marketing Meetings, PLT, TPR, SOP, CMM).
• Work with Sales Heads and Area Sales Managers to generate channel point of sales material and Implement merchandising and retailer loyalty programs.
• Supporting development of personal & non-personal promotional materials for end-user and coordinating training coordination and implement for field colleague.
• Growers’ data base collection - SMS blast and digital communication with Grower console & Cropwise apps.

• Examines the total plans for the event to determine what is needed with stakeholder meeting to plan scope of events, establish and monitor budget, and/or review procedure.
• Monitor price deviation and discount and present recommendations for improvement. With guidance from manager, define business issue & develop volume and profit implication with appropriate analytic information plan.

 


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture and 5 – 7 years of proven track record in in Sales & Marketing preferable
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles, particularly around campaign management and marketing communications
• Understanding of Malaysia agriculture and general marketing concepts and methods.
• 6+years’ work experience in marketing, sales of Agricultural industry or marketing is preferred.
• Outstanding ability to analyses complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to pivot quickly and manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities within a fast pace, high pressure environment in various regions of the CU.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs, structure, and business drivers.
• Ability to travel as required and the ability to work variable hours driven by the needs of the business.
• Strong understanding of computer programs and technical proficiency in social media and MS office (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TEAMS & Outlook)
• A valid driver’s license is recommended.
