Role purpose: 

Actively support CRM activities (implementation, training, reporting) and developments. Coordinate data collection, processing and analysis of CRM and partner programmes. Coordinates, monitors and supports the implementation of the Partner Programmes.

Accountabilities: 

CRM (Salesforce.com) support:

  • Drive SFDC CRM system continuous improvement, makes a proposal to increase the efficiency of the CRM system, participates in CRM system developments, maintains active contact with the global support group
  • Coordinates and maintains the development of the CRM reporting system
  • Prepares reports and data analysis and makes recommendation based on the analysis from the CRM system to support the decision making of sales and marketing management
  • Supports and, if necessary, trains users, supporting them in their daily work
  • Checks the quality of the data in the CRM and makes recommendations to improve the quality of the data, informs the management about the data protection deficiencies of the marketing database and proposes a solution
  • Maintains contact with salespeople in order to achieve the appropriate data quality
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Communications team and Marketing Managers, proposes and executes the creation of target-based segments
  • Actively take part in the Global CRM community network

Coordination of Partner Programs:

  • Coordinates the processing of Partner programs (loyalty), coordinates rewards with the approval of the management, taking into account the DoA and loyalty regulations
  • In connection with the partner programs prepares a report to the Customer Service controller at the product level
  • Partner program processing is carried out responsibly, in compliance with current laws and the Syngeta Compliance Policy

Qualifications

Experience and knowledge:

  • High level of computer literacy - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), database management
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com CRM system
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) and native Hungarian
  • Communicates with impact
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Understands customer needs
  • Project management
