CP Marketing Manager Biologicals

For our Syngenta Crop Protection affiliate in Warsaw we are currently looking for a

Marketing Manager Biologicals

Role Purpose:

Marketing Manager Biologicals is a part of our Marketing Portfolio Central Europe team. The aim of this role is to accelerate growth of biologicals (biostimulants and biocontrol) and develop a strong strategy for this segment across BU Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries).

Responsibilities:

• To develop a robust strategy for each country in BU Central Europe in line with local requirements, legislation and business needs
• To drive the business – indicate optimal KPIs and accelerate internal processes and needs to develop biologicals
• To shape portfolio and execute on market, including NPIs and relevant KPIs and GTM
• To work in close cooperation with CP (Crop Protection) marketing managers within Business Unit Central to ensure alignment of biologicals strategy with conventional CP strategy
• To coordinate campaign activities with respective Campaign Leads in each country, incl. NPIs, prelaunch, campaign teams
• To work in close cooperation with technical support, commercial teams as well as regulatory team
• To develop proper mindset within whole team in BU Central to accelerate Biological growth
• To lead market analysis in respective segments to define segments potential, including pre-launch market analysis and post-launch product performance evaluation
• To align on local strategy with headquarter strategy/requirements, being in close cooperation with respective regional managers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, business studies or equivalent
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within agricultural industry or similar
• Experience with biological products would be a plus; knowledge of fertilizers / plant physiology / plant nutrition would be also beneficial
• Confident MS Office user with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to negotiate and convince based on complex data / research materials
• Open-minded and technology-oriented
• Fluent English
