As a Contract Management Specialist you will be responsible for driving execution of the agreed Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy in collaboration with Legal Operations leadership team. You will manage project related activities and driving contract template governance and technical maintenance process.

- Build work-streams to deliver agreed CLM priorities
- Create, track and monitor plans to achieve work-streams delivery
- Schedule and prioritize work-stream tasks across the CLM team resources
- Prepare work packages for review and approval of defined governance body
- Manage and facilitate project meetings, including activities planning and solution design meetings
- Support CLM C&E initiatives execution
- Coordinate required input across the CLM team and wider stakeholders
- Track allocation and prioritization of tasks in Monday.com
- Create and maintain CLM related documentation
- Review accuracy and update CLM content on the Legal Shared Repository
Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Legal field, preferably in a large international company
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Project management skills
- Proficient understanding of legal management systems
- Good understanding of legal concepts, contracts and basic law, and other transactional matters relevant to the in-house legal work
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and contracts
- Capability to quickly and accurately provide high quality output while under pressure
- Agile and flexible to assess changing needs and resource requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
