Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Role Purpose

• Provide support in driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects across the manufacturing site, focusing on optimizing and streamlining business processes.
• You will have the opportunity to rotate throughout the organization, including HSE, Planning & Logistics, Quality, and Production department.
• Please note that this role will be on a 1-year contract

Accountabilities

• Work with Manufacturing Excellence Lead and Site Manager to ensure alignment of CI strategy and business objectives.
• Work with functional managers to develop short, medium & long-term objectives to support overall functional continuous improvement goals & objectives.
• Analyse the current business processes in a systematic and data-driven approach.
• Execute continuous improvement projects or initiatives to improve and streamline processes within each department and across the site.
• Lead and develop digital solutions, supporting Lean transformation and digitalization strategies.
• Facilitate in developing and sustaining a continuous improvement culture, including best practice use of CI and Lean Tools

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Supply Chain / Engineering / Science
• Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably proficient in SAP, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project. 
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean six sigma methodology, Kaizen, and other Lean tools will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant digitalization tools such as dashboarding software e.g. Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Driven, self-motivated and agile.
