Computer Vision Systems Engineer - Digital Product Biology

• Write maintainable, reusable code for image analysis and systems integration

• Build the end-to-end image analysis system from image collection through data output to back-end systems

• Act as a subject matter expert in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Remote Sensing, Geospatial Data and Analysis, Photogrammetry, and design of new imaging systems and capabilities within the Global Product Biology team

• Develop new full-stack systems for capture, storage, and analysis of images and data

• Develop, test, and deploy new machine learning models for computer vision applications

• Develop new image collection systems including sensor and optics selection and basic hardware and supporting electronics design and manufacture

• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to achieve project objectives

• Ph.D. is preferred, Minimum Bachelor’s degree with experience

• Some years’ work experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.

• Proficiency with the fundamentals as well as state of the art methods in image analysis, computer vision, and machine learning

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with photogrammetric processing tools, Agisoft Metashape

• Experience with machine/deep learning frameworks, Tensorflow, Keras and PyTorch

• Proficiency with remote sensing, location, mapping, and geospatial data

• Proficiency with basic electrical system and PCB design, prototyping, and manufacturing

• Understanding of QGIS, git, and AWS
