To support that challenge, the HR Operations team is currently seeking a Compensation & Savings Analyst. You will help to keep us compliant with the law and ensure our employees are compensated as promised.
As a Compensation & Retirement Savings Analyst, you will provide service management and support for compensation services and related company plans, including but not limited to annual compensation administration, incentive/bonus, deferred compensation, 401(k), retirement savings contribution, severance, and executive benefits. You will be responsible for vendor service accountability through data analysis and performance tracking. You’ll administer compliance activities, such as annual ERISA audit and non-discrimination testing.
This position could be fully remote (USA only) or hybrid in Greensboro, NC (or another Syngenta location like Downers Grove, IL), coming onsite 2-3 days per week. Up to 5-10% travel required for team and vendor meetings.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s Degree in business, finance, HR, or a related field with 5+ years’ of Compensation Operations & Analysis experience, including compensation administrative processing OR Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with 3+ years’ of Compensation Operations & Analysis experience, including compensation administrative processing
- Prior vendor management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables)
- Strong analytical & leadership skills and knowledge of HR practices and policies
Preferred:
- Additional experience in compensation administrative processing, HR operations, or compensation strategy
- Working knowledge of Workday compensation functions
