Job description

To support this mission, Syngenta’s FIN & Strategy Team is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner Seeds in Vicente Lopez. This role will support the LATAM Seeds Commercial Unit team in executing their short and long-term objectives, providing a critical and constructive financial perspective while delivering precision and predictability on the key financial indicators of the areas. 

Responsibilities

  • Support FP&A LATAM Seeds Unit team in month-end, reporting & any other controlling related activity.
  • Active participation in key financial planning processes (Budget, regular forecasting, Long Term Plans, etc.)
  • Participate in developing new business cases and ad hoc projects.
  • Work in remote coordination with AFO areas based on Uruguay (OTC, A2R and P2P among others).
  • Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance key controls and audit requirements.
  • Support Commercial and Marketing areas as Finance Business Partnering.
  • Contribute to the Finance's innovation and digitalization agenda.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Advance English
  • Previous Experience in Finance Areas (Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A) (2 years)
  • Excellent intercommunication skills, results oriented, ability to work with deadlines and time pressure.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of SAP
