  • Drives standard ways of working and Continuous Improvement, collaborate with key users to build data analytics models for process improvements. Work with data engineers (Infosys and Regional/Global BPC), where required, to identify data requirements. Performs regular assessments to understand the process performance.
  • Deploy and provide data analysis and reports with regard to Order to Cash activities, defining improvement plans through data mining exploitation (Celonis)
  • Provide local specific business process expertise focused on customer experience benefits
  • Translate business needs into user stories that enable the incremental delivery of value
  • Inbound & Outbound phone call flows analysis and reporting in order to optimize ways of working and processes thanks to Automatic Call distributor usage
  • Act as the point of escalation for Customer Service team and the broader Production & Supply Chain function, in the use of the business processes systems and as reference for SAP SD queries
  • Maintain and enhance customer master data management
  • Support order to cash daily activities
  • Customer claims and related data according to existing policies and processes
  • Contribute actively to the business process community (key users, CoE, IT, etc)

Qualifications

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent
  • Functional experience in system use: SAP
  • Candidates must speak Italian and have an excellent English B2.
  • Dynamic and proactive
  • Good communication and relational skills
  • Pragmatic and organized approach towards working
