Business Process Analyst Junior (contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno . conoscenza ITA & ENG)

• Under guidance of BPC, and in collaboration with Global BPA, work with business stakeholders on
• Refine and engineer problem statements and user stories for implementation
• Create and maintain solution overviews and process flows
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Drive IST and UAT and document test results
• Create and maintain steady state/blueprint documentation, integrating solution overviews into global documentation and updating local SOP’s as needed
• Work with C&T Lead to develop training materials and perform training.
• Monitor relevant data points/KPI’s and report to project/program leadership

• Requirements engineering and documentation of business requirements/user stories
• Work in MURAL to create process flows
• Work in Excel to capture user stories, test scenarios, test trackers etc.
• Work in Word/Powerpoint to create user documentation and test/data quality reports
• Work with team of business users and create link to technical team – insight into SCM/Warehousing and/or knowledge of SAP and WMS
• a thorough knowledge of Italian and English will be essential for the management of daily activities (interviews will be conducted in both languages)
