Skills Required:

§7-11 years of IT experience in business partnering and process modeling of Product Development organization

§5+ years hybrid experience in commercial processes and digital platforms

§Ability to developed process mapping of current and future business processes

§Ability to identify gaps in different processes and implement process improvement initiatives across the business improvement model

§Ability to interview business to analyze their needs and recommend feasible improvement considering technology in mind

§Ability to review business priorities, and analyzed options, risks, and costs

§Involve in User Interface (UI) analysis with the business team to validate accuracy

§Continuously develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiates Syngenta India

§Wireframing and prototyping, agile expertise, customer journey and user story design, advocating and designing a user-centred and consumer focused processes, mapping out customer flows and wireframes.

§Build a culture of continuous improvement by creating a feedback-based model and adapting approaches

§Ensure adoption of the digital tools through a value and outcomes driven implementation

§Define upfront the commercial outcome of each initiatives and establish KPIs to measure success and monitor progress


Qualifications

Software Engineering practices, Agile methodology, Data Mining & Analytics, Product backlog refinement, stakeholder management, user acceptance testing, Analytical and investigation skills, Elicitation and comprehension skills, Organizational and presentation skills
