Role Purpose:

A BPE provides necessary support to the management team to succeed. The role requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

The responsibilities of a BPE are centralized around driving Center’s business sustenance through focused resource planning, strong budget management, policy guidance, change management and proactive risk management. A BPE makes sure company procedures, practices are implemented seamlessly by collaborating with department leaders and holding the Process owners responsible for planned interventions to support operations go right.

Accountabilities:

·       Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop Center’s priorities/ Projects.

·       Planning project details including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning cross functional team members to various deliverables.

·       Monitoring progress, analyzing financial data, to assess Center’s / Project performance.

·       Providing Market intelligence for Center Projects to benchmark and test opportunities

·       Providing analysis of financial / HC reports and budget outlines to Center Leaders

·       Running Center Leadership meetings, investment reviews, tracking actions, accountability and progress

·       Drafting new and improving existing Center managed policies and processes.

·       Business support to Center Head for Strategy Planning, External stakeholder connects and Interval stakeholder updates. Delivery high standards of performance and meeting deadlines.

·       Support Health & Safety Environment, Business Continuity Planning, Compliance for the Center

·       Good exposure to operations management and managing senior stakeholders.

·       Assertive ability to navigate business solutioning       

·       Strong hold on numbers, generating smart MIS and Presentations.

·       Strong Oral and written communication proficiency.

·       Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities and conceptual thinking skills.

·       The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

·       Interpersonal and consultative skills.

Experience required for the job

·       Candidate should have minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience

·       Ideal candidate needs to have knowledge and experience in various collaboration and technology tools – smartsheets, sharepoint, mural, miro.

·       Project Management Experience

·       Good command of Powerpoint presentations, Excel, Teams, Access

Qualifications - External

·       Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

·       MBA (Business, Finance)
