Accountabilities

  • Accountable to promote Syngenta biological products to key strategic dealers and also provide target product information and product technical to the grower
  • Conduct a high-quality demo to showcase product efficacy and product advantage to the key grower
  • Promote products through any activities such as grower meetings, field days and farm visit 
  • Achievable area sales target
  • Conduct sales activity (Pull out) in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
  • Develop strategic sales plan and ground activity plan for short and long terms business objectives and contingency plan for critical business circumstances.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and perform retailer expansion with a sustainable mindset.
  • Build professional relationships with retailers to gain market insight and turn it into action for business advantage.
  • Conduct a high-quality demo plot, farmer meeting, and field day to generate sales.
  • Be a solution provider for existing farmers/growers and turn grower insight into working advantage.
  • Actively seek out new farmers/growers and new sales opportunities under clear objectives and action plans.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

  • Bachelor degree in agricultural or related field.
  • 3-5 years working experience in sales and account management
  • Experience and skills in sales
  • Biological products knowledge will be special consideration

  • Good understanding of TH agriculture business and channel management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Channel management skills, understanding of customer needs
  • Understanding channel structure, dynamics  and competitive environment
  • Good understanding of Plant physiology
