Bill of Materials Coord

• Process and data owner in SAP for Bill of material data. Ensuring techicall and regulatory compliance for all BOMs.
• SAP BOM maintenance and inclusion of chemical components.
• SAP BOM control and audit for pack components.
• SAP BOM change review for changes and adds.
• SAP BOM creation for secondary activities.
• BOM governance process.

Accountabilities:

• Work with the regional PT&E community to ensure that BOMs are techilally compliant;
• Work with the regulatory and quality teams to ensure that BOMs are regulatory compliant;
• Create and update BOMs in SAP according to P&S needs, inserting and changing raw materials, quantities. And checking the insertion of packaging made by CG;
• Ensure the accuracy of information and updates according to NPI demands and for the current portfolio;
• Ensure constant monitoring and governance of the process: through monitoring and system updating considering regulatory, technology and systems inputs;
• Monitoring of packaging changes in the BOM;
• Constant interface with Capgemini teams in India, planning , technology and compliance team;
• Stakeholder management and coordination with at least 6 different funcions inside and outside P&S;

Critical knowledge:

• Completed graduation;
• Advanced English and desible intermediate Spanish.

Critical experience:

• Desirable previous experience in activities involving planning. Minimum 5 years of experience in People and Project Management;
• Desirable experience in the construction and monitoring of SLAs & KPIs;
• Desirable experience in the construction and governance of processes;
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary project team;
• Experience working with manufacturing plant personnel to effectively transfer technology;
• Experience and credibility working across critical interfaces with including with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Research and Development, Quality and Tolling;
• Knowledge on management system methodologies (PDCA, PDSA, Balanced Scorecard, Lean Management System) or ability to attain this rapidly.
