Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for monitoring the benefits in accordance with the best practices.
  • Carry out the management of benefits, to monitor and guarantee the performance of the different providers.
  • Carry out reports, strategic presentations, management and update of indicators, etc.
  • Part and responsible of on-going project in the area.
  • Identify and promote improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance of benefits administration with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintenance of employee benefits data.
  • Ensures necessary process are documented to ensure compliance and current information is available to HR team.
  • Act as an expert to an area of the business, partnering with HR business partners and providing consulting expertise on Benefits related issues and initiatives.
  • Work to provide presentation of PowerPoints and dashboards. Develops and delivers training / presentations to educate HR and managers on Benefits initiatives.
  • Responsible for supporting the benefit renewal process in countries, ensures information about plan changes are tracked centrally and supports the annual benefits budget process.
  • Manage the Benefits providers for all LAN countries.
  • To provide advice on best-practice processes and solutions, in consultation with HR and Continuous Improvement when needed.
  • To proactively coordinate and deliver change management process and continuous improvement initiatives for Benefits (projects and small changes) within time, quality and cost, from requirement gathering and documentation to process fit/gap analysis, solution validation, user acceptance/regression testing, training and handover to steady state support.

Qualifications

It is indispensable for this position: 

  • Professionals from Business Administration, HR or related careers.
  • Good understanding of benefits operations, such as pension plan, health insurance, union agreements, etc.
  • Previous experience in performance management, participation in projects, administrative tasks and matrix large organizations.
  • Survey Data Provider knowledge. Willis and Mercer surveys and benchmarking methodology preferable.
  • Intermediate English (mandatory)
  • Advanced Excel Skills (mandatory)
  • Very strong process and results oriented skills and hands on profile.
  • Change management, Customer centric approach and other methodologies to drive process and system changes.
  • Communication and influencing skills to engage a broad network of stakeholders.
  • Time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Learning agility, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
  • Availability to work in term contract modality (1 year) 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Workday for relevant HR module and ServiceNow
