CP Customer Service Specialist GR

Accountabilities

• Receiving, processing, invoicing, and monitoring all customer orders entered into gSAP upon receipt and followed through to completion
• Deploy and provide data analysis and reports with regard to Order to Cash activities, defining improvement plans through data mining exploitation
• Coordinates the return of products in accordance with Customer/Sales Rep and Supply
• Investigated delay of products for customer orders and communicating with them
• Maintaining accurate and up-to date filling records of all Customer Service-related paperwork

To support that challenge, we’re looking for a: CP Customer Service Specialist GR (Permanent Contract)

Fundamental skills and info:

• Mandatory and essential knowledge of gSAP/S4HANNA
• The position is not hybrid (3 days at offices and 2 days at home)
• The person must be located in Greece (Athens or Thessaloniki Area)
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Team spirit, courtesy, and customer-oriented approach 
• Adaptability 

Qualifications

• High school graduate/bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Native Greek
• Very Good knowledge of English (B2 or higher certification verbal & written)
• Strong Functional experience in gSAP usage (SD module)
• Proficient Software knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, SAP), MS Office, Python is a plus
• Experience customer service-related position
• Strong analytical and organizing skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with many people simultaneously
• Problem-solving
• Able to work under pressure
• An understanding of the Agrobusiness
