Responsibilities

Perform regular monitoring of open items on banking accounts and assist areas to clean them.

Research all unmatched reconciliation items ensuring aged items are resolved

Guarantee banking General Ledger (G/L) reconciliation, meet requirements for month end closing reporting. (Deadlines, open items balance and aged agreed with internal controls thresholds)

Ensure properly recording cost of newly added fixed assets and Fix Asset (FA) depreciation, as well as accounting for impairments/disposal.

Open Project Review of project completion and capitalization - analyze and monitor Asset under construction (AUC) account

Prepare relevant adjustments related to Fix Asset (FA) accounts ensuring timely and accurate recording of all Fix Asset (FA) transactions.

Sign off the Tagetik Contract Detail Control for the submission to SAP (IFRS 16)

Ensure timely and accurate financial forms related to fix assets during month end closing.

Prepare and submit Budget for Fix Asset (FA) on SACP tool. Request information of future CAPEX, align deadlines and use SAC tool to estimate depreciation expenses and Depreciation & Amortization (D-A) addback.

Give high quality of support to bank reconciliation and fix assets management.

Contribute to high level of financial compliance.

Support internal / External audits and ensure timely remediation of outstanding audit issues.

It is indispensable for this position:

Advanced student or graduate accountant or management bachelor (mandatory)

Working experience 3-4 years in accounting, experience in Banking & Fix Asset (desirable)

Advanced level of English (mandatory)

Experience with ERP (SAP highly valuable)

Advanced Excel knowledge (mandatory)

Autonomy and focus in taking decisions

Results orientated

Reliable communicator and strong organizational skills

Learning agility, continuous improvement mindset
