We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service support for our agricultural product lines including Field Crops, Cereal Seed, and Crop Protection. The ideal candidate will have strong customer centricity and the ability to bring a data-driven perspective to our team's business automation initiatives.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities include, but are not limited to;
- Responsibility for customer order management across all sales divisions and liaising with warehouse/transport provider to ensure on time in full delivery to customers
- Participation in multi-disciplined projects and continuous improvement initiatives with group overlapping activities (AI implementation and automation projects)
- Communication with the UK commercial unit of potential upsides or shortfalls and stock-out and with 3rd party customers relating to their orders and requirements
- Handling information flow with reference to the expected availabilities/problems for Seed and Crop Protection supply and master data management
- Execution of price maintenance in both SAP systems for customers and products, along with on invoice discount set up
- Managing and monitoring return shipments and coordinating credit process and follow complaint handling procedure related to the sales division.
- Conduct sales analyses upon request and advise customers on non-technical product enquiries and refer technical enquiries appropriately
Qualifications and required experience
- Experience within customer service (ideally within a B2B Customer Service environment)
- Basic knowledge of sales and production processes or the openness to learn
- Strong analytical and digital skills
- Customer-focused with high attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
