Area Manager - West Norfolk (West Anglia)

About this opportunity:

This is a key role in the Field Force operation which is the driving force behind the generation of sales revenue and the successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns. The main role responsibility is to generate sales of Syngenta products by building strong business relationships with key stakeholders in your territory and through the use of a combination of interpersonal and technical skills, influencing the target audience to either purchase or recommend Syngenta products.

You should have experience of establishing and maintaining successful business relationships in agriculture and understanding the crop growing cycle, with successful account management or business relationship with the larger-type farms.

You are likely to have a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or Agriculture or equivalent knowledge gained though proven experience, BASIS and or FACTS qualified (or willing to qualify).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential.
