As part of our activities on Saint-Sauveur (31) we are looking for:

Within Seeds Production Research (SPR), you are integrated into the Corn team and participate in the construction, evaluation, implementation, tracking and updating the projects to modernize the area, by dashboards and metrics of the different capital expends (capex) implemented on EAME.

The position is offered on the basis of a work-study contract of 36 months, based in France/Saint-Sauveur (31 - Toulouse Area).

Exceptional trips to Hungary, Italy or Turkey might be consider, occasional travels in France to Nerac (47) or Lombez (32) can be expected.

Site not easy accessible by public transport – occasional home office.

Missions

The objective of your apprenticeship is to lead the modernization of the SPR sites across EAME, collaborating on the business plan, road map, installed capacity, track the invoices and payments and ensure the correct workflow of the implementation plan

In this context, your missions consist of:

  • Build the state of the art of the research seed process companies.
  • Market share research to ensure the acquisition of the optimal and best technology available on the market
  • Follow the administrative and finance process with the suppliers.
  • Track the project implementation advancement
  • Ensure the project is considering the country and crop needs.
  • Create the workload long term to ensure the match with the current plans.

Qualifications

Future student BAC +2 / BAC + 5, BTS / License / Master or Engineering School, specialized inplant education you are looking for a 36-month work-study contract.

  • Intermedium skills on administrative process and management of change.
  • Intermedium knowledge of excel and enjoy learning data management.
  • Pleasure to develop creative dashboards business oriented.
  • Rigorous and organized, respect the quality/deadlines constraints and know how to adapt your work organization according to the priorities transmitted.
  • Good communicator, easily exchange on the progress of your activities, the problems encountered and work in a spirit of continuous improvement of the service.
  • Your interpersonal skills allow you to integrate easily into a multicultural team.
  • Ready to interact on an international environment, a competent-intermediate level of reading/writing (e-mail exchanges, meetings, technical documents, etc.) is required.

Site not accessible by transport and travel to be expected.
