Administrative Assistant

ROLE PURPOSE

• In the execution of seed production, to carry out the administrative works and operations align with Syngenta regulations and rules. To support Seed Production Management Team for using time as best efficient way, to keep the image of  the Team and Company at he highest level.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To support Seed Production Lead for all administrative and business organizational works always align with confidentiality
• To support production function managers for rental agreements, annual leave, overtime work reporting
• According production annual calender, to arrange and/or support production team meetings events
• To take responsibility of production documents archive, follow up correspondence, ensure the documentation flow healt
• To support visitors from abroad for travel planning and organization
• To coordinate supply activities for Muradiye plant consumables (stationery, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies...), follow up 3rd party services and seeking for improvement on this services
• To support production team for procurement process requirements on SAP and Ariba

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Critical Knowledge:

• Graduate of the Social Sciences Department of domestic and equivalent foreign schools at undergraduate or associate degree level.

Critical Skills:

• Good level of written and spoken English, knowledge of second language is preferred.
• Good level of MS Office programs, SAP- Ariba  knowledge is preffered
• Good communication skills
• Solution oriented mindset

Critical Experience:

• 2 years experience at similar position
