Be part of the Invoice to Pay Services (I2P) department giving support to the area. Through the values: Passion for Customers, How Matters and Determined Execution you will live and experience a critical role for our business.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management and supervision of the EAME Invoice to Pay Helpdesk team with process management and business interactions 
  • Lead, monitor and review day to day operational performance, ensure that SLAs and KPI targets are met
  • Provide timely support and proactively connect with internal and external stakeholders to resolve high impact escalations and urgent queries
  • Build and shape a high performing team with customer centric mindset, knowledge, empowerment, and sense of purpose that delivers valuable and timely support to our internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitor, drive engagement within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to meet key deliverables
  • Hire, train, supervise and mentor team members to reach full potential
  • Ensure that process documentations are complete and up to date
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement via identifying opportunities for process/system optimization and work with I2P Business Partners and Operation teams to implement them
  • Drive and Support transformation activities associated with new digital implementations (i.e. ServiceDesk Automation via Machine Learning)

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment with I2P or P2P domain
  • Strong people and performance management skills, tracked record in coaching and leading a team (preferably in SSC environment) 
  • Strong Accounts Payable, P2P, I2P knowledge operations at multinational companies (preferably SSC environment)
  • Fluent English knowledge and an additional European language (German / French / Spanish / Italian / Polish) is an advantage
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build effective working relationships
  • Solid coordination and organizational skills (for a team of 8-10 onshore & offshore team members)
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to apply knowledge of process and policy when providing answers or solutions
  • Experience in supporting innovation, continuous improvement in terms of technologies, processes, procedures and tools
  • Knowledge of systems: MS Office, Service Now, Concur, SAP, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) (desirable)
  • Team player, Service Focus, Judgement
  • Execution, Results Orientation and Collaboration
  • Experience in knowledge transfer, migration or building a new team is a plus
