Accounting to Reporting Entity Focus Analyst (Fixed Term Contract: 7 months)

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for IFRS Financial Statements reporting to Headquarter for MX entity.
• Collaborate with Business Finance organization to verify the correctness of the accounts and provide appropriate substantiation to approve relevant accounts.
• Focal point for external audit process. Key interlocutor between external auditors and Syngenta´s teams.
• Perform profit analysis for true up / true down calculation and active participation in other Transfer Price related activities.
• Prepare and present several reports to local authorities based on financial information and within deadlines.
• Provide clear and updated information to business helping to accurate and timely decisions.
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to a high level of financial compliance.

It is indispensable for this position:

• Sound accounting background (bachelor’s degree in accounting).
• Experience in Accounting/Reporting on Multinational or Big 4 companies or External Audit areas (desirable).
• Experience in external audit processes will be highly valuable.
• Intermediate/Advanced in English.
• Working experience on financial areas.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
• Analytic skills, dynamic, team working, organized and attentive to deadlines.
• High communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure while keeping high quality of output.
• Experience with SAP will be highly valuable.
• Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge.
