Accountant

Accounting:

• Booking batches (Accounting transactions) regularly.
• Preparing Bank Reconcilation.
• Document all expenses, and Accounting entries systematically in accordance with Syngenta Accounting Policy.
• Responsible for money transfer through banks and exchaning Euros to Rila in Iran, close contracts with banks, monitoring cash flow including preparing cash flow projection.
• Checking invoices and collecting all required approvals.
• Making cheques and do the all payments.
• Supporting Finance Operation Specialist in Finance and accounting area.
• Providing support for preparation of tax returns for IMC.
• Providing support for annual audit of IMC
• Sorting and filling Finance documents.   

Compliance:

• Monitors if all the Syngenta Policies and BU ME Guides/Policies are followed locally, and reports any failures or misconducts in this respect.

Critical Knowledge and Experience:

• BSc.Accounting or finance 
• Experience in Accounting and Banking system.
• Experience in reporting.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (Microsoft office user)
