You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, manage excellent relationship and implement Syngenta’s strategy to Plantation customers. You will develop customized value offers, build successful and sustainable business partnerships, and act as a market intelligence related with plantation business and competitor activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Manages Syngenta’s business within strategic Plantation segments, develop activities/program to differentiate and position Syngenta as a preferred supplier
  • Identifying and developing a value proposition for its key customers, especially strategic Plantation.
  • Delivers services, organizes trainings, Plantation Meeting and other activities/events according to the specific needs and GTM design
  • Ensure sales target are achieved in his territory, monitors sales, provides support and manages relationships with Plantattion stake holder.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and provides support needed    
  • Offer occasional service & in store marketing campaign to Plantations
  • Time allocation : 70% in field and 30% in distributor

Qualifications

Essentials Knowledge & Experience:

  • Background education of Agriculture.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Marketing, preferably in crop protection handling plantation segment.
  • Plantation Agronomy skills, understanding of customer needs - Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic Computer skill: Ms. Office

Additional Information

  • Location: Riau, Indonesia.
  • Full-time position.
  • Requires frequent travelling.
