We are looking for an ambitious A2R Operations Senior Accountant in our Account-to-Report (A2R) department. You will be part of a team of professionals working to ensure the correctness, timely submission and substantiation of financial reporting in line with group IFRS and local requirements. You will have the opportunity to participate in various accounting and reporting tasks, shape our A2R processes and participate in many task improvement initiatives.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Assure correctness, timeliness and proper substantiation of local accounts and submission in to group reporting systems
- Lead month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, producing associated analysis, and adhering to corporate timeline
- Own A2R processes end–to end (across countries/entities in the area of responsibility) and ensure processes are running in an optimal, efficient and effective manner with a great use of technology
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all business transactions in ERP system according to the IFRS rules for group reporting and local GAAP rules for statutory reporting
- Assure correctness, timeliness of financial planning and analysis datasets in support of the FP&A and Business Facing Finance organizations
- Ensure effective and sustainable implementation of Internal Control Frameworks (ICF) and segregation of duty (SoD) risk management frameworks
- Participate in the delivery of the A2R transformation agenda across the entities in the area of responsibility (including digital transformation, process improvement, automation etc.)
- Accountable to facilitate internal and external audits
- Coach, develop and coordinate junior colleagues

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/MBA in Economics or Finance
- 4-7 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Sound in economics, finance, or accounting background
- Ability to communicate financial information to a finance audience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred)
- Good understanding of statutory, tax, and statistical reporting requirements
- Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Experience in digital transformation projects, robotics for A2R process areas is an advantage
