  • Lead Engineering and maintenance activities through safety oriented initiatives, procedure, proper PPE, and environmental aspect consideration.
  • Optimizing machine performance (OEE, TEEP) as well as evaluate production performance to deliver business objective
  • Develop maintenance system and failure mode analysis for having solid mitigation plan to prevent major equipment breakdown.
  • Utilization of technicians / operators capability and develop their skills in order to efficiently and effectively execute the PM program for plant continuous improvement which complies with local law and company guidelines for both operation equipment, infrastructures and facilities.
  • Assist technician for equipment trouble shooting, analysis and diagnosis of downtime problems and developing RCA to prevent recurring issues.

Accountabilities:

  • Zero recordable in PM execution and regular check on area PM to ensure safety awareness
  • Develop good understanding among production operators in PM tasks and identify opportunities for improvement in PM scheduling.
  • Responsible for the training and development of technicians and operators including the establishment of performance standards and upgrade, according to skill
  • Provides inputs to the store room for quantity of spare parts & critical tooling to be stocked to sustain the PM program.
  • Responsible to ensure that all jobs are done and control the quality of performed work during PM.
  • Coordinate with production team leader for problem solving and waste reduction to meet the standards agreed for each machine.
  • Monitor maintenance cost for stock items on production equipment.
  • Work on Engineering Job Order related to equipment troubleshooting and short-term repair for production equipment.
  • Work closely with maintenance planner for scheduling planned and unplanned work.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure equipment availability kept high and production operators take ownership of routine (small) maintenance activities like settings, changeovers, simple breakdowns.
  • Develop maintenance task in related to the new equipment with project engineering department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Have experience min. 3 - 5 years in a Maintenance & Manufacturing operation. F&B, Chemical, pharmaceutical or FMCG background is a plus.
  • Engineering project management and capability of managing multiple assignments.
  • Experience in Process Risk Assessment for engineering project.
  • Experience on handling Mechanical industrial machinery, PLC, Pneumatic system, Automation and Process Control.
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance system implementation and strong process optimization including hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Engineering International Standards.
  • Knowledge for Computerize Maintenance Management System.
  • Hands-on experience of Mechanical and Automation skill.
  • Data Analytical skill and Root-cause analysis.
  • Technical English proficiency both written and verbal is a must.
