Role purpose
- HSE Fleet Specialist provides operational leadership for Syngenta’s vision and goals for the whole area Fleet operations and Driving safety. The role covers all Syngenta Fleet Operations and some of responsibilities related to HSE, fleet management, driving safety, budget management, capital expenditures, compliance, data management and reporting.
Here is how this role will be critical to our business:
- Support the fleet management operation in the country, including purchase, sell and control of vehicles, as well as services such as maintenance, fuel, tags, plates, etc.
- Consolidation of Safe Driving program and Stakeholder management
- Continuously identify improvements to the service provided and areas where savings are made without reducing fleet safety or service quality.

Essential for this position:
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Transport or Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, and related field.
