Job description

Обов'язки:

  • Підтримувати обіг документів у відділі маркетингу ЗЗР
  • Координувати доставку співробітникам в регіонах необхідних матеріалів (друковані видання, сувенірна продукція)
  • Забезпечувати підтримку тендерів згідно з внутрішньою політикою закупок
  • Брати участь у процесі підписання договорів і готувати всі необхідні документи згідно з внутрішньою політикою закупок (purchase register)
  • Контролювати витрати відділу маркетингу відповідно до бюджету відділу
  • Готувати всі фінансові форми для регіонального маркетингового бюджету, виходячи з поточних витрат
  • Забезпечувати письмовий та усний переклад з англійської мови деяких матеріалів
  • Працювати з системами SAP, Ariba, PPM Capex
  • Забезпечувати вчасне списання витратних матеріалів
  • Контролювати наявність основних фондів, організовувати їх списування та ревізію
  • Допомагати в організації  зустрічей, тренінгів та інших освітніх заходів (зовнішніх та внутрішніх)
  • Виконувати спеціальні доручення керівника відділу маркетингу 

Кваліфікації

  • Знання комп’ютера та офісної техніки
  • Знання програм MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Знання ділової письмової мови
  • Вміння працювати з інформаційними базами даних
  • Добре розвинені комунікативні навички
