  • Работа с документами
  • Ведение реестра инструкций и процедур клиентского сервиса
  • Разработка требований для поддержания единообразия документов
  • Ведение реестра шаблонов договорной документации/процедур/матриц
  • Запуск на согласование шаблонов договорной документации, процедур и т.п. в локальной системе Директум, передача на последующую коррекцию соответствующим сотрудникам
  • Внесение изменений в шаблоны Договора, Приложений в течение сезона при выпуске Дополнительный соглашений
  • Подписание договорной документации у руководителей и отправка их в регионы
  • Фасилитация согласования протоколов разногласий и обеспечение их быстрого согласования
  • Внутренняя отчетность для руководителя отдела
  • Загрузка документов в ЭДО
  • Участие в проектах со стороны клиентского сервиса
  • Работа с провайдерами по ЭДО - Диадок и архивированию документов – Директум, Инфолоджистик,  (как электронного формата, так и отправка бумажных копий)
  • Организация мероприятий отдела
  • Организация переводов на английский язык документов при необходимости
  • Оплата счетов для отдела

Требования к квалификации

  • Высшее или неоконченное высшее образование
  • Продвинутый пользователь PC
  • Внимание к деталям, ориентация на качество и процесс
  • Коммуникабельность
  • Умение работать в команде
  • Самоорганизованность, ответственность и обязательность
  • Английский язык (разговорный и письменный) является плюсом
