Job description

Локація: м. Полтава

Обов’язки:

  • Активна участь у розробці фінансових і торгових програм відділу «Фінансових рішень»
  • Проведення навчання для сільгоспвиробників, менеджерів з продажу, дистриб’юторів програм відділу «Фінансових рішень»
  • Активне просування й анонсування програм відділу, формування позитивної репутації компанії в регіоні
  • Проведення персональних переговорів й зустрічей із сільгоспвиробниками щодо закупівлі сільгоспродукції в рахунок оплати засобів захисту та насіння компанії Сингента
  • Інформування комерційної команди щодо ситуації на ринку аграрної сировини (ціни на сільгосппродукцію, напрями експорту сільгосппродукції Сингента, елеватори з якими працює Сингента)
  • Бути залучиним в логістичних процесах відвантаження зерна
  • Співпраця з банками-партнерами в рамках програм «Фінансових рішень»
  • Співпраця з трейдерами щодо продажу зерна компанії Сингента на локальному ринку 

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта, бажано фінансова
  • 3+ роки досвіду роботи в аграрній галузі (комерційний чи фінансовий підрозділ)
  • Знання логістики аграрної сировини
  • Розуміння принципів ціноутворення аграрної сировини, особливості фізичної торгівлі українською сільгосппродукцією, принципів біржової діяльності та хеджування цінових ризиків
  • Наявність клієнтської база даних елеваторів Дніпропетровської, Харківської, Запорізької та Херсонської області
  • Знання інструментів забезпечення кредиторів (фінансова й товарна аграрна розписка, вексель, застава)
  • Знання принципів кредитування й оцінки кредитних ризиків
  • Відмінні комунікаційні і презентаційні навички
  • Досвідчений користувач програм Microsoft Office
  • Дійсні права водія (категорія В)
  • Готовність до відряджень
