Job description

Обов'язки:

  • Розвиток бізнесу Syngenta Professional Solutions та стимулювання зростання продажів шляхом створення попиту з боку існуючих та нових ключових клієнтів
  • Реалізація комерційного плану в Україні спільно із бізнес-менеджером та торговим представником
  • Пошук нових клієнтів та можливостей для збільшення частки ринку та забезпечення стабільного зростання продажів
  • Запуск стратегії GoToMarket для нових продуктів
  • Участь у розробці та реалізації маркетингових кампаній, трейд-маркетингових заходів разом з бізнес-менеджерами, маркетинговою та технічною командами
  • Аналіз ринкової інформації для більш глибокого розуміння потреб споживачів з метою розробки індивідуальних пропозицій

Кваліфікації

  • 5+ років досвіду роботи у сфері продажів та/або маркетингу в агробізнесі, FMCG, фармацевтичному бізнесі
  • Досвід роботи в міжнародній команді
  • Досвід в управлінні базами даних, досвід роботи в CRM-системах
  • Клієнтоорієнтованість та аналітичні навички для глибокого розуміння ринку
  • Ініціативність та прагнення до змін
  • Готовність до частих відряджень
  • Володіння англійською мовою на мін. середньому
  • Оновленій військово-облікові документи (якщо стосується)
