Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Veg and Technical Rep for South Morocco. This role combines sales expertise with technical know-how in the vegetable Seeds, serving as a crucial link between our company and clients in the South Morocco region.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the South Morocco vegetable market
  • Provide expert technical advice on vegetable production techniques to customers
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the region
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients
  • Offer on-site support and troubleshooting for vegetable production issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for the South Morocco market
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the vegetable industry
  • Regularly report on sales activities, market conditions, and forecasts
  • Travel extensively within the South Morocco region to meet clients and attend agricultural events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, preferably in vegetable production
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of vegetable production techniques and technologies
  • Excellent understanding of agricultural market trends in Morocco
  • Proficiency in Arabic and French; working knowledge of English
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South Morocco region
  • Valid driver's license
