To support this mission, Syngenta’s Marketing Team is seeking a Web Analytics Analyst in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires. This role will combine technical skills in web analytics, tag implementation, and data integration to drive digital marketing strategy.
Accountabilities
- Lead data analysis and visualization projects for audience creation and digital marketing strategy optimization
- Drive CRM data integration strategies and Marketing tactics
- Monitor web data quality and digital KPIs
- Collect measurement requirements for landing pages and implement events, pixels, and all types of tags to ensure user behavior traceability and attribution
- Create reports and dashboards for campaign tracking and always-on metrics for countries in the region

Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar Analytics and Digital Marketing roles
- Proven experience working with multicultural teams
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and analysis (mandatory)
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager for complex tracking solutions
- Experience with BigQuery for data analysis and management
- Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience creating and maintaining automated reporting systems
- Advanced English
- Ability to communicate technical insights clearly
- Proactivity and capacity to propose improvements
