Job description

 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills looking to join a dynamic research environment? We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Biostimulants Research division at the Atessa Research Center.

 

 

About the Role:


As Executive Assistant for Biostimulants Research, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the Atessa Research Center through coordination of internal processes linked with procurement, budget management and administrative support. You'll be the key facilitator of cross-functional collaboration across multiple units.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee procurement processes including quotations, purchase orders, and tender requests
  • Coordinate site operations and visitor access for international colleagues and partners
  • Support budget preparation and monitoring 
  • Oversee site management activities including maintenance and supplies
  • Handle administrative documentation for internal and external projects
  • Facilitate execution of collaboration agreements and contracts
  • Manage insurance policy administration

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in procurement, administration, or finance support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills and ERP systems knowledge
  • Understanding of basic budgeting and controlling principles
  • Experience in cross-functional operational coordination
