Role purpose:

The position will be accountable for further development and implementation of Digital Marketing Strategy in BU Danube. The holder will act as key enabler in digital campaigns, marketing automation, leads funnel, content development and digital road map and e-commerce roll-out. He/She will defines impactful customer journeys and supports countries to implement them through SFDC marketing cloud, with a focus of making the growers digital journey easy and enjoyable.

Accountabilities: 

  • Focus on digital marketing campaigns design, implementation, and measurement
  • Improve and optimize sales & marketing productivity and marketing execution through digital tools in collaboration with other departments in the whole BU
  • Lead the implementation of all digital initiatives that support overall marketing and sales initiatives to achieve maximum visibility and engagement
  • Tracking digital campaign efficiency and act based on results
  • Define and manage the implementation of social media presence on all corresponding channels
  • Participates in shaping BU business strategies and e-commerce tactics specifically related to customer insights, analytics and value coming from marketing research  
  • Works closely with Sales, Marketing and Digital Syngenta community to establish roadmaps, plans, and individual projects to support on business results delivery
  • Work closely with other departments (including CP org.) for having a comprehensive overview of BU digital strategy and leverage all digital pillars
  • Define and drive the implementation and execution of Digital Demand Creation model in the BU

Qualifications

Experience and knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of comfort with data-driven problem solving
  • Able to think strategically but also execute end-to-end
  • Experience managing day-to-day omni-channel operations
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in b2b
  • Hands on experience with SEO, web traffic and social media metrics
  • Able to build strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders
  • Relevant experience in digital, CX and CRM
  • Experience in project management 
  • Fluent in English & Hungarian
  • Agronomy degree/background is an advantage
