Job description

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Supply Planning team is seeking a Business Process Expert Manager in Buenos Aires (ARG), Mexico City (MX) or Bogotá, (CO). This role will lead business process improvement initiatives across LATAM, driving organizational transformation through process standardization, harmonization, and technology integration. This role acts as a regional reference point for operational efficiency and change management, ensuring alignment with global and local stakeholders.

Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives within LATAM.
  • Analyze current processes and systems to identify and implement enhancements that increase maturity and efficiency.
  • Lead the Regional Design Authority forum, ensuring alignment with global strategy
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies across P&S.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations during process changes.
  • Adapt and apply best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Deep knowledge of supply planning processes.
  • Strong expertise in SAP and APO systems.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Material Master Data management knowledge (desired).
  • Transformational, supportive, and adaptive leadership.
  • Conflict resolution and decision-making in ambiguous environments.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Agile and Digital Mindset.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP and supply chain systems.
  • Focus on process efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance.
  • Advanced English (Mandatory)
