Job description

Шукаємо стажиста/стажистку у Відділі роботи із ключовими клієнтами (бізнес-підрозділу Засобів Захисту Рослин) для аналітичної підтримки та організаційно-маркетингових завдань.

Місце роботи: м. Біла Цервка 

Формат: гібридний (гнучкий графік)

Основні обов'язки:

  • Внесення та оновлення даних у внутрішні бази (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI): системи захисту рослин, структури посівних площ, дані про культури та врожайність тощо
  • Формування регулярних зведень для керівника відділу (щотижневих/щомісячних)
  • Підготовка аналітичних звітів у Power BI (після навчання), підтримка оновлення дашбордів
  • Організаційна підтримка польових заходів: формування календаря подій, комунікація з менеджерами щодо учасників та логістики, підготовка презентаційних матеріалів, відповідальність за маркетингові матеріали (флети, каталоги, POS-матеріали, сувенірна продукція)

Кваліфікації

  • Студент/ка 3-5 курсу (бажано аграрного або економічного напрямку)
  • Можливість працювати щонайменше 20 годин на тиждень, гнучкий графік
  • Впевнене володіння MS Excel та PowerPoint, бажано базові знання Power BI
  • Аналітичне мислення та уважність до деталей при роботі з великими масивами даних
  • Базове розуміння аграрних процесів (культури, сівозміна, системи захисту рослин)
  • Відмінні організаційні навички та здатність працювати з кількома завданнями одночасно
  • Відповідальність, пунктуальність та проактивний підхід до роботи
